New recycling facility in Fleet

We are delighted to be working with Hart Voluntary Action who are working in partnership with Terracycle to collect items for recycling which cannot currently be recycled in your kerbside waste.

Please drop off the following waste items through the correct slots located in the Fleet BID Community Wall in the Hart Shopping Centre (next to the Card Factory):

• Plastic tea and coffee packaging (sadly no pods).
• Pringles tins – branded Pringles tins only minus the lids
• Laundry and Air Freshener packaging – includes outer packing from laundry washing capsules, rigid plastic packing for wipes, plastic air freshener containers, cartridge caps and car air fresheners (but not electric plug-ins), Lenor tumble dryer sheets, tinted fabric conditioner bottles and caps.

You can double-check what you can and can’t drop off against the relevant slot.

This recycling enables Hart Voluntary Action to raise financial donations from Terracycle on the waste collected with the aim of creating new ‘green’ volunteering opportunities especially for younger people.
